We are pleased to offer an Internship starting in or around June 2019 at BMW of North America, LLC.
Internship BMW NA - Customer Experience
The intern will be responsible for working with the Customer Intelligence Manager on all topics related to customer insights. She/he will be analyzing and interpreting customer feedback from different sources and support various departments with reports, insights and recommendations to maximize customer experience at all touchpoints. The intern will assist the customer intelligence team in daily tasks supporting the field teams and dealers and work closely with the vendor on improving the platform and the program. She/he will take ownership on programs designed to improve the customer experience. This may require her/him to oversee the programs as well as the vendors, while managing relationships with multiple stakeholders including marketing, engineering, and Munich colleagues.
Furthermore, the intern will work to assist in various research projects, collect and analyze the data, as well as interpret and report on the results.

Qualifications and Experience:
Student status meeting one or more of the areas below:
Enrolled in Bachelor?s Studies during Junior/Senior year (years 3 or 4)
Enrolled in Master?s Studies Program
Graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date
Prior internship and/or relevant work experience?
Business / Informatics / Statistics / Economics / Engineering
Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel expertise), analytical, mathematically inclined
Curious mind and good problem solving skills
Great analytics and reporting skills, ideally experience with Tableau
Conscientious, responsible, ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Very motivated with excellent communication skills.
German, English (fluent, oral and written)
